172: Avengers: Endgame

Join us for this special, super-sized episode of Popcorn Theology! You really couldn’t expect us to cover a movie that is three hours long and caps off 22 films over more than a decade without running a little long, right?

We had to take some time to discuss the entire MCU to this point, where it is at and where it is heading, as well as our favorite moments and maybe less favorite moments from this capstone film.

But then we did also dig into some of the deeper themes of the story! From self sacrifice and growth/maturity to the psychological danger of hope and the idea of ‘being who we are supposed to be.’

We think you’ll really enjoy the discussion; at any rate, we enjoyed having it!
